OSH Committee meeting 27/03/2023
The meeting was opened at 7pm

1/ PS opened the meeting with a brief overview of membership Current 285 signed up members via the website and 193 via the OSH Facebook page. PS will crosscheck Facebook members vs Website members to get a true membership count and encourage Facebook members to also sign up via the web-site. PS also added that OSH are now full Affiliate members of the FSA (Football Supporters association) PS will also follow up with the website admin to remove the requirement to have to give home address as part of the sign up process and add details ref the FSA and the FSA logo to be displayed on the web site.
2/ PS moved for Richard Compton to be added as a committee member.This was seconded by JE and carried unanimously.
3/ It was noted the need to appoint a Chair as soon as possible, as of yet we have no nominee.
4/ Our diversity policy was moved for agreement by LR ,seconded by TC.Carried unanimously. The Diversity policy can be found on the web site under “Our Statement” All members need to abide by the Diversity policy.
5/ It was agreed OSH should write to the club as an introduction and ask for discussion ref pre-match queues, disabled access being used by able people and searches.
AOB – No other business and the meeting was closed at 7.35pm
